Investigations
Elizabeth leads ESA Risk’s Kent-based investigations team and specialises in people and asset tracing, corporate investigations and investigative due diligence.
Elizabeth Wright is ESA Risk’s Operations Director. Her projects include undertaking complex multijurisdictional asset traces, conducting enhanced due diligence enquiries, corporate fraud investigations, and litigation support assignments.
Elizabeth delivers high-quality reports based on research and investigations to clients including major accountancy firms, insolvency professionals, multinational corporations, high-net-worth individuals, investors, lenders, and some of the country’s top law firms.
She is particularly interested in and adept at using new technologies – both to discover hard-to-find intelligence and to present detailed information in easy-to-digest formats – to provide clients with invaluable insights.
Elizabeth keeps abreast of new techniques and tools for data analysis and research, to ensure we are using ‘best in breed’ and innovative software and databases to meet our clients’ objectives.
Her analytical flair enables her to inject rigorous, creative insight into complex situations, with analysis often illustrated through compelling visuals.
During her university studies and early career, Elizabeth gained the ability to digest, evaluate and sift large quantities of information – skills which she has honed over the years as a researcher.
As well as a BA (Hons) in History, Elizabeth has completed various courses in advanced open-source intelligence gathering, since completing her degree.
She joined Strategic Intelligence & Risk Services (Europe) Limited (‘SIRS’) – ESA Risk’s sister company – in 2016, and now leads ESA Risk’s Kent office at Discovery Park – an international centre for science, innovation and business.
