Caitlin Duncan is a Client Services Executive at ESA Risk.

Caitlin has a robust foundation in client relations, acquired through roles in health, hospitality and media. She leverages her eclectic background to foster client relationships and create vibrant, impactful marketing campaigns for our audience.

A self-described constant learner, she thrives on transforming complex industry news and insights into exciting, accessible content for our website and social media channels, showcasing our services and raising brand awareness.

Caitlin has a deep understanding of our services and is confident in explaining the intricacies of investigative work and achievable outcomes. As well as creating resources for our audiences, she regularly gives presentations on our offering to existing and potential clients.

Alongside content creation, Caitlin’s experience lends itself well to understanding the needs of prospective clients and nurturing existing client relationships through open communication. In line with our ethos of continual improvement, she has created detailed, user-friendly feedback surveys to better understand each client’s experience, using tangible client data to inform processes and continually improve our service and offerings.

Caitlin’s passion for customer relationship management (CRM) extends to her use of CRM tools and platforms. As such, her responsiblities include the maintenance and cleansing of our contact data, managing our subscribers, contacts and clients to ensure we are compliant with data protection regulations.

Caitlin also plays an integral role in managing our networking event series, The 500 Club. She coordinates venue selection and invite lists, liaises with our co-hosts and attendees, and creates marketing content, as well as attending events around the country.

Caitlin joined ESA Risk in November 2023, previously holding various client-facing roles since leaving education in 2015.

Based in our Kent office, Caitlin continues to develop her knowledge through online training, alongside seeking opportunities to connect with other industry professionals. She particularly enjoys meeting with clients and hosting networking events across the UK.
