The Quality Policy of ESA Risk is to determine, agree and conform to our clients’ needs and expectations, while fulfilling the requirements of British Standard European Standard and The International Organisation for Standardisation (BS EN ISO) 9001:2015, industry codes of practice and statutory law.

We recognise that to be competitive and maintain good economic performance in the risk management and investigations market, we must employ management systems that improve the quality of our products and services that in turn increases the satisfaction of our interested parties and supports the company’s strategic direction.

Key objectives of the company are that the management system provides:

  • Confidence to our clients that their needs, and the needs of their customers, are being met in the delivered service.
  • Confidence to our management and staff that the requirements for quality are being fulfilled and maintained, and that continual improvements of our quality management system take place.
  • A framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.

We are conscious that the motivation of our employees is dependent on their training and understanding of the tasks they are expected to perform. It is part of our ongoing training programme that this policy is communicated and understood at appropriate levels within the company and to interested parties as required.
