Liam Geoghegan is ESA Risk’s Client Services Director.

His team’s main focus is customer experience – ensuring that our brand and service delivery meet our clients’ expectations, and working to continually improve our offering to clients.

Alongside brand, marketing and business development, Liam’s role is also concerned with compliance and technology.

In practical terms, Liam spends a large part of his time communicating with our clients and wider network. He particularly enjoys learning about clients’ needs and working with our Operations team to meet those needs.

While we operate in a largely unregulated industry, ESA Risk is committed to meeting high standards of quality and we are proud of the integrity of our work. Part of Liam’s role is ensuring that the business adheres to relevant regulations, policies and industry standards, and managing a framework for compliance and quality management.

He plays a key role in leveraging technological tools and solutions to support the company’s operations, optimise processes, and drive innovation.

Liam joined ESA Risk when the brand was in its infancy. He previously held senior marketing roles in the education sector, based in and around the City of London. He also worked for KPMG early in his career.

Liam holds a BA (Hons) in History and an MA in Early Modern History, both from the University of Sheffield. He completed a Diploma in Marketing Communications at the London School of Marketing shortly after university.

Now based in our Manchester office, Liam is always happy to revisit London, Sheffield and his hometown of Birmingham, as well as various other parts of the country, for client meetings and to host our networking events as part of The 500 Club.

Liam is a member of R3 the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
