Investigations
Chloe is a researcher in our Kent-based investigations team, specialising in people and asset tracing, corporate investigations and due diligence.
Chloe Foster joined ESA Risk in early 2024 as a Researcher in the Investigations team.
Chloe works on a variety of projects within the team, and her focus is on people tracing, asset tracing (both domestic and multijurisdictional), enhanced due diligence enquiries, and further litigation support investigations and activities.
Chloe produces and delivers high-quality reports based on in-depth research and investigations for clients across multiple professional sectors, including accountancy firms, insolvency professionals, multinational corporations, investors, lenders, and some of the country’s top law firms, as well as high-net-worth individuals.
With a particular interest in forensic data analysis, she utilises her training in e-disclosure platforms to discover elusive intelligence and enjoys taking detailed, often complex information and presenting it in easy-to-digest formats.
Her reports include elements such as traced and historical addresses, family mapping, social media analysis, business interests, and insolvency and sanctions checks. She aims to deliver a comprehensive analysis of each matter, focusing on key insights and important timelines. Chloe also provides detailed recommendations and next steps with the goal of progressing investigations where required.
Chloe’s BA (Hons) in International Relations means she is at home working with multijurisdictional cases, and has a deep understanding of the security, risk management and intelligence sectors. Chloe is a clear and concise communicator, showcasing her ability in this area when presenting her research and networking at industry events.
During her time at university and in her early career, Chloe worked on international inquiries, collecting and handling sensitive data, and producing reports contributing to government policy. She was later awarded a 2021/22 Young Innovator Award for her work in research consultancy.
Since joining the investigations team, Chloe has completed numerous training courses in open-source intelligence and digital forensics. She is dedicated to further expanding her knowledge of techniques and tools for data analysis and research.
Chloe is based at ESA Risk’s Kent office within Discovery Park.
