Cyber Security Essentials Online Short Course (GCA Certificate)

A bite-sized online cyber security introduction, this is a very practical, non-technical course. The Cyber Security Essentials course comprises video, audio, written content, fascinating case studies and informal tests. It is continuously reviewed and improved in order to stay timely, relevant and actionable.

Successful completion of this cyber security short course will lead to a Certificate of Achievement issued by the Global Cyber Academy. There is also the option to submit a 1,500-word report within 28 days of completing the course to earn credits towards the Level 4 Diploma in Cyber Security.

There are no entry requirements for the Cyber Security Essentials course; once you’ve purchased the course, you’ll be sent an email requesting a few details about you (including an ID check), after which you’ll be given access to the course materials.

As this course is delivered online, there are no set start dates – start and finish the course at a time that suits you.

This course is provided by the Global Cyber Academy. On completion of this cyber security short course, you’ll be issued with a Global Cyber Academy Certificate of Achievement (there’s no mandatory formal assessment to complete).
